Julie Kneifl
Hi! It’s Julie, I have worked with Emily for 8 years. From Office Manager at the convenience store to now a Lead Organizer for our South Sioux City location, inventory manager and a second Mom to these amazing women at Orderly Elegance. (Real Mom to Emma) I am the proud Mom to 3 amazing kids and newly earned the title of Grandma! I graduated (years ago) from Wayne State College with a degree in Counseling and Psychology. Go Cats! I love any activity with my kids and granddaughter! I also enjoy working in my yard and planting flowers, and any opportunity I get, I love to go boating! Any type of vacation is also high on my list too! So many things come to mind when I think of Orderly Elegance. This company, Emily and these women have forever impacted my life, at a time when I was experiencing some major life changes. Family, that is what Orderly Elegance is! I am incredibly grateful to be a part of a team that changes people's lives! Each of our clients have a special place in our hearts!
Susie Day
My name is Susie, Office Manager for Orderly Elegance. I live on a farm in Newcastle, NE. I have two kids, Connor and Kaci. They are currently both living in Lincoln and are working to get their BSN/NP degree. I love football season, well pretty much any sports season! I “play” golf….enough said there. I love hanging out with my friends and family. I enjoy boating and any outdoor activity….even mowing! I graduated from UNL with a Business Administration degree and worked for Wells Fargo for 25 years before staying home helping on the farm and chasing the kids in sports. When both kids were in college, I got the chance to come on board to work for Emily. I do the books and help out on site when needed. It is really hard to explain how enjoyable this job has been. We all truly enjoy each other's company so much and we love meeting our new wonderful clients. My favorite part of the job is seeing the clients reaction when we show them their new organized space. Just seeing their reaction makes my day!
Emma Kneifl
It’s Emma here, Social Media Manager & Associate Organizer. I am 23 years old, from Newcastle/Ponca, NE. I have two older brothers and I recently became an aunt for the first time this year! I graduated with my degree in Psychology and Business from Doane University in 2022! A couple fun facts about me are I work with my Mom every day, I love to play golf and basketball, I’m a big fan of cooking shows and my favorite space to organize is the pantry! The first word that comes to mind when I think of Orderly Elegance is family. We all work so well together and have a bond like you would not believe. We spend a lot of time together and it nevers gets boring with all of our jokes and personalities throughout the day. Working for Orderly Elegance and getting to change peoples lives everyday is such a blessing and rewarding job!
Melanie Gross
Hey, guys! My name is Mel and I am the Customer Relations Specialist at Orderly Elegance! I was born and raised in Yankton, SD. I am 32 years old. I have one sister, two nephews, a niece and a little 6 month old baby boy of my own! I played basketball, softball, volleyball and track in high school. I have lived in AZ, CA, NE, NM and SD. I managed a Holiday Inn Express in Omaha, NE for 6 years. Why I love what I do - We are all so close….we are one big family! We have so much fun at work and are always playing pranks and cracking jokes with each other. I love how much we get to travel. It is also a very therapeutic job and so fulfilling knowing how much we are helping people!
Hayle Krienert
Hey, y’all! It’s Hayle. I am an associate organizer as well as the inventory manager for our South Sioux City location here at Orderly Elegance! I grew up in Osmond, NE which is also Emily’s hometown! I recently moved to Laurel to be closer to work! I’m 20 years old, making me the youngest on the team! A couple fun facts about me are that I love to bow hunt, I enjoy traveling and hiking in the mountains, and I love Luke Bryan and country music! When I think of Orderly Elegance, the first thing that comes to mind is family. I’m very grateful and blessed to be part of this team who I can say is my family away from home. We all have unique personalities which makes work so much fun and enjoyable! Working for Orderly Elegance is such a fulfilling and rewarding job knowing that everyday we are making a difference in our clients lives with function, flow, and elegance!
